In case you cancel your reservation up to 21 days prior to your arrival, you will receive a full refund of your payment.
In any other case no refund of your payment will be offered.
- Check-in time is from 15:00pm to 11:00pm. In case you arrive earlier and your room isn’t ready yet, we can take care of your luggage.
- Check-out time ends at 11:00am at noon. If you wish to stay longer you have an extra 50% charge. After 18:00pm you are charged for the whole price.
- No pets are allowed at the hotel premises (there are no suitable sites).
- People who are not registered at the reception are forbidden to stay in the hotel rooms.
At the hotel Bar-cafe, consumption of snacks or drinks that are not served by the hotel is not allowed.
Please notice that from From 1.1.2024 an extra environmental fee of 1.50 euros per night per room/apartment applies.
